About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Hi,

I am Malaysia Citizen but holding Singapore Permanent Resident (PR), i will be making a trip to either HongKong then China or to China straight on 18th February 2010 for 14 days, do i need a visa? Where can i apply for Visa.

You need a tourist visa to China, you can apply for Chinese visa in Singapore because you hold the Singaporean Permanent Residence.
