Long-distance bus to Suzhou is available at Shanghai Pudong Airport. When you clear the customs and get into the arrival hall, ask the airport staff where is the long-distance bus staion at the airport.
Then you can go there to take the bus to Suzhou. It is available at 10:50, 11:50, 12:50, 13:50, 14:40, 15:20, 16:10, 16:50, 17:50, 18:50 of everyday.
