About:Chinese Embassy in Belgium

Hi, i am Turkish citizen i have a residence in Belgium. I am living in Antwerp since 6 years. For Christmas i would like to go Shanghai. May i get a visa from yr embassy ? where i can get the form ? in how many days i can get my visa ?
