About:Dual Nationality

Hi,im a Filipina.i would like to know about, i have a 3 months old son whose father is chinese & he want my son to go to china for vacation,
what are the procedure or documents needed? is anyone here can help me since i dont have enough knowledge regarding this matter..

So you and the son's father do not live together in Filipina? What is your son's nationality?

When you apply for the renewal of your Chinese passport, the Chinese consulate staff will DEMAND you to get a resident status certificate (Non-citizen) from Australian Immigration Department - AUD100.
