I am going to reach hangzhou airport at 2210pm and my destination is to shanghai. May I know what are the available transportations to get there at this time? Any bullet train available at midnight?

There will be neither bus nor bullet train available from Hangzhou to Shanghai after 21:30. You can take a taxi from Hangzhou airport to Hangzhou train station, then connect the train K528 0221/0410 to Shanghai.
