My brother is presently detained in china at shinjin detention center Guangzhou. he has spent three months in detention. he has paid his fine and for ticket. yet he is to be release.

pls kindly direct me on how best to get this issue resolved, before he dies in detention. he is hypertensive and he is there without medicare.

what can i do from nigeria to asve him.
