Hi i am in Guangzhou for 24 hours before heading home, what is the shopping like and where is the best place for cheap clothes, bags etc

Places like wholesale markets? I would like you to get around Shangxiajiu Street, Zhuangyuanfang nearby. To find some better quality, get to Beijing Road and Nonglin Xia Road.

I think you could get to the Haizhu Square firstly, where some department stores could be found. From here, you could take a subway to Guangzhou Railway Station, where the famous White Horse Clothes Wholesale Markets is located. Or, from Haizhu Square, you could take a cab to the noted Shangxiajiu Road for trendy clothes/
