About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi, I am a Filipino citizen married to a Chinese citizen. I am planning to go home for the coming Christmas and new year holidays and may have to stay in the Philippines for more than a month. During that time my China visa will expire. I would like to ask for advice if I can apply for a 12-month L visa (for visiting family and relatives in China) in the China embassy in the Philippines using the marriage certificate issued to us in China. Kindly advise of the other requirements that I need to submit. Thank you.

I think you can get a one year multiple entry visa as the husband of a Chinese woman, please have a try in the Chinese embasy or consulate according to consular districts
