Just as a matter of curiosity,what can a modest house cost in Liaoning Province in yuan?Country home.Thanks for any input.Just a general answer. Thanks

I lived in Shenyang in Liaoning province from 2002-2004. I lived in Beijing from 2004-2008. Rarely will you find a single family house in the urban areas. Most people live in 6 story "walk-up",with two units per. The modern 3 bedroom apartment of 800 sq ft in Beijing will cost avg RMB 300,000 or about $43,000. Shenyang much cheaper, cost maybe $30,000. http://www.charlesnchina.com
