About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

hi sir
what i mean that i am alredy in china & my visa is enter before 9th jan so if i go to hk & come back on 7th jan will i be able to stay for another 30 days without being over staying or i have to leave china befor 9th & then apply to another visa

yes, you can come back to Mainland China on 7th Jan and stay for another 30 days. You won't overstay in China. I think that you are confused by the validity and stay duration of Chinese visa. You can see thir realtion on this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/entry.htm
