I think you can find garments and apparel stuff at Zhanxi Lu/Liuhua/Baima (White Horse garments and clothes whole sale markets) nearby Guangzhou Railway Station. Global International shoes Trade Centre in ZHanxi Lu is a good place to find shoes. As to jewelry, there are jade market and craft market in Xiajiu Lu area.
