About:Xitang Water Town

Hi! I plan to go to xitang from SH next week, overnight, fri-sat. Do you recommend we take the bus or the train from shanghai south railway? and what hotel do you recommend?

Either by train or buy bus will be ok. You can find hotels, hostels, pubs and ancient houses in Xitang. Pubs and ancient houses are recommended as you can feel the mood of this old town best staying in these places.

Since i have v litle time in Shanghai, i hope to know faster way to reach Xitang. But i am not able to find any infomation regarding taxi from SH International airport to xitang.

Appreciate your advice.

Hi,Mr.Alfred.
Which airport of Shanghai do you land on? As I know you there is no direct bus from Shanghai airports to Xitang. You can take long-distance bus or train.
