hey I'm an international student with iotalian passport that studies in adelaide and I'VE send my visa application to the travel agency and they helped me already with sending all of my document. But it's already 2 weeks now and the my passport and visa has not arrived yet. is that normal for the aplication to take soo long, or will it arrive next week or is it lost?plz helpthank you

It takes 4 working days for the embassy to process the visa application, it takes 10 working days if the visa agency apply  for it by mailing, you can call the travel agency to get the information.
