About:China Visa on Arrival

Greetings,
My name is Enian. I am from Albania but currently I am a student in Japan. I am going to be in Hong Kong next year in February for 5 days. I will apply for the visa here in Japan. I was also thinking to see Macau just for one day while I am in Hong Kong. Would it be possible to apply for visa upon arrival at port? What documents are required?

Thank you

You'd better take some recent passport photos.
