Hi,
I am planning to bring my mom (disabled with wheelchair)to Taipei on Dec 30. Is it convenient to bring her around with wheelchair? Are the facilities in Taipei Disability friendly? What are the recommended places for easier access by disabled people? We are looking for very relaxing tour.

What will be the temperature like during that the period?
