About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

I am sponsoring my finacee to live in Australia with me. My fiancee is Chinese and stayed in Indoesia for two years between 2003 and 2005. Australian Immigration require a Character Clearence for my fiancee, can you tell me how we apply for this, thank you veery much, this matter is urgent

Yes Sir, means No Criminal record, but another problem is she has lost the passport that contained the visas of her exits and entrances, can you help?

It is a bit complex if she lost her passport containing the visa of exit and entrance. I guess she can get the No Criminal Record from the local police station she lives in Philippines

Another question Sir, I have been advised I require a Certificate of No Impedence in order to marry in China, do I apply in Australia for this,I have rung your Embassy in Brisbane, listened to the answer service and there in no option number to press to speak to anyone on this subject, thank you

I search the website for get a Certificate of No Impedence in Australia, I find that you should get the certificate from the Birth, Marriage and Death Office in Australia, then get the certified by Chinese consulate in Brisbane.
