Hi!I am a malaysian. I will be in vietnam for 1 month because of the business needed. I need to travel to Shanghai end of the year. How can i apply the visa to china here. I stay in Ho Chi Mihn city. How long the of the application will take? What is the business hour for the consulate in Ho Chi Mihn? Thank You!

I'm afriad that it is hard to get a visa in Ho Chi Minh City for a Malaysian applicant. Maybe you will be refused. You can have a try at the Consulate General of China in Ho Chi Mihn. Good Luck!
