Hi my family & I will be going from 10-17Dec 2009 following tour. What type of jacket do I need to bring? No need those downfeather jacket right?

Recently, the temperature is about 15~20C in Taipei, and a little higher in Tainan. A shirt is ok for traveling outside. Please prepare a thin summer jacket in case of cold air on buses or stores:)
