About:Xiamen Dining

Hi! Is it easy and safe to explore Chengdu without a tour guide.Can recommend a safe clean reasonable and convenient hotel for 2? How to get to Panda Reserve,Mt Emei and Leshan? Any other places worth going during X'mas/New Year period? Is weather harsh? How many days required to cover these places?Any help is greatly appreciated.
