This is the first time I planned to visit Harbin in December 23. Please advise me where i need to visit? What's the temperature in this period?  Thank you.

It is nearly -20C now and will snow tomorrow than the temperature will drop to -24C. Thereafter, it will be slightly warmer. Well, just not that cold. It is more or less the same in late Dec. i suggest you go to Yabuli Skiing Resort, Ice and Snow world in Harbin. I guess the ice and snow scultpture is getting ready at that time.
