About:China Transit Visa

Hi

I am flying through Shanghai on the way back to the US. We will be in Shanghai for under 24 hours but will be leaving the airport. Do we need to arrange for a visa before we get to Shanghai or can we get a transit visa when we land. I have a green card and my husband is a US citizen.

You don't need a transit visa for this stopover less than 24 hours (leave the airport is permitted)
