About:Harbin Ice Festival

I will be in Harbin from 22Feb - 01 March, 2010.
Will the ice and snow festival still be open?
If it opens on Jan 5 and last for 2 months, shouldn't it still be open up to the end of Feb ?
Is there any place in Harbin where I can rent winter clothing?
Appreciates answers to the above.

Hi,John
The ice and snow festival officially opens on Jan.5 and lasts for one month. I am afraid you are too late. But winter clothing rental is not something with time limitation.
