I am Cameroonian and i wish to get information if i can get a Z visa from the Chinese embassy in PHP? I have both documents needed for this visa. The only thing is that, the labor approval was address to Macau while the Visa notification was address to Cameroon. I just came back Cameroon, making it impossible for me to fly back. With these two documents, can i apply for a Z visa from the PHPs? Thanks
