HeLLo fellow travelers,
If I only had one week to spare, do U think I should go to Lijiang or Guilin? Appreciate your thoughts/inputs.

One week is ok for going to any of them. Just decide which one you prefer to.

the Li River is in Guilin,so one week is enough to tour in Guilin.
