hi...
i've got offered to work in China..and i need to have work permit...how can i apply and to whom i would to refer to...

You employer should apply for te Employment Certificate for Foreigners(Working Permit) from the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the PRC

If you are Foreign experts, scholars, teachers or managers to be working in Mainland China shall provide the confirmation letter for foreign experts from the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs of PRC;
