About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

good afternoon,i just want to know what are the requirements to get a tourist visa going to china?
and i just want to ask why the china embassy denied my application and the agent told me that i am suspend for 1 year ...

Whether a visa is to be issued or not, and what type of visa to be issued shall be decided by Consular officers in the light of China's relevant laws and regulations. Application may be refused without detailed explanation. Therefore, you can't get any explaination.
