Hi, I am in contact with someone who says they are in Shenzhen and that they can't receive any phone calls from their mobile # but they can text all the time. Is this possible? Does Shenzhen really have such poor coverage? They report their location as 3052 nanhai avenue, Shenzhen, China 518060. Thanks for any help.
