When you arrive HK Airport, you could take a bus to Guangzhou directly. Here is a the bus info in details: http://www.hongkongairport.com/CBT/Controller?locale=engAs I know, the Zhannan Road is just where the Guangzhou Railway Station is located. You could reach by many city-buses and subway Line 1&3. For easier, you could hire a cab driving there directly.
