Question

Hi, I am from HK, holding a HK passport and 通行证. I need to go to Shanghai, leaving Dubai on the 3rd Dec night, but my 通行证 is expired. It is possible to renew my 通行证 in Dubai  before I travel on the 3rd Dec? Please help is urgent... many thanks

You can't renew your Exit & Enter Permit of Mailand China in Dubai, only Hong Kong China Travel Service, Macau China Travel Service accept application, the Public Security Department of Guangdong Province has the power to approve and issue the Exit & Enter Permit of Mailand China
