About:Embassy of R.O.Congo in China

Hi,i have a friend frm congo here in malysia as a student. He wants to renew his passport from here but we dont have embassy in malaysia. Can u pls tel me how is the procedure to renew his passport from here.thanks

I think it is complicated because he first needs a Chinese visa to China to renew his passport, the processing time of a passport may takes 14 days or one month, maybe his application will be denied.
