Helloi need to get visa to china . is it possible to get 6 months multiple or 12 month is better .. because i need to make short trips to china from Thailand every month for business purpose. Do i need some letter of invitation or other documents when i apply for the visa here in bangkok ?Best RegardsMr. Bragi

yes, you need an original Invitation Letter from a company in China, and an original visa notification from an authorized government office, such as Foreign Affairs Office, or Committee of Commerce and Economic Relations. If the original visa notification prescribes that the entry numbers, purpose of visiting, validity, departure time and entry time, you can apply for 6 months or 12 months multiple entry visa.
