Do you know about a place called Butterfly Spring (situated at the foot of Yunlong Peak in the Cangshan Mountains)? It is supposed to be a place famous for butterflies that are attracted to the flowers of the silk trees during the spring. I think that this place is close to Dali and if so I wondered if it is easy to visit in a short time. Perhaps you know if it is worth visiting at this time.

The Butterfly Spring is about 27 kilometers south of Dali old town. Every March and April, there will be thousands of butterflies here around the silk trees. If you are interested, you can have a visit there.
