You can't apply for a travel visa online. You can apply for Macau entry permit when you arrive in Macau.

I read a news that Chinese passport holders with residence permit or valid visa of a third country can visit Macau for up to 7 days without a visa, if they want to extend their stay, they can apply for extension at the exit & enter department of PSM 5 days before the stay duration is up, so you don't need to apply for a Macau visa. for more information, you can refer to http://ca.china-embassy.org/chn/lsfw/t624206.htm (Chinese Version)
