About:How to Buy Tickets

We will reach to Kunming on Sunday 27th Dec 2009 by around 9.00am. Would it be possible to get 9 tickets to Dali at night in the same day. Is Sunday 27th Dec 2009 in tourism high season? Is Dali the terminal station? if not How do we know when we have to get down.

Hi Phakamase,

It is not wise to purchase train tickets on the day you are going. The tickets in China are sold 10 days in advance. Although it is not hot tourism season, you still can not assure the availability.

You may consider train K9610 or K9614, they are non-stop trains and the terminal station is Dali.
