Dear, Rowena
Ramada Kowloon Hotel is quite conveniently located. It is just 5 minutes walk from MTR Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
Take Tsuen Wan Line from T.S.T station to Admiralty and then get out from Exit B to take Special Line Bus No.629. It will get you directly to the Ocean Park. After your visit to Ocean Park, take 629 back to Admiralty and walk to the Peak Tram Terminus where you can take tram to Victoria Peak.
Avenue of Stars is near Ramada Kowloon within walking distance. Temple Street is also not far away. You can take MTR from T.S.T station to Yau Ma Tie station and Temple Street is there.
