hello everybody I am toufic akko from lebanon .lebanon is in the middle east . lebanon's  weather is pleasant with four seasons.it is a moderate weather.I got recently a job in Heilojhiang in china .heilojhiang is seriously cold in winter.What kind of clothes shall i wear in winter time with a temperature reaching -20 in winter.what shall i need as warming clothes for my winter stay in heilojhiang?Are all appartments provided with good heating.Thank u for answering me.Toufic akko

Yes, appartments are all provided with good heating. You should take sweater, thermal underwears warm boots, scarf, gloves and hats. You can bring some and but what you need when you get there.
