I am going to shanghai on 15th December 2009 until 22nd December 2009,so is they any snow falling in shanghai and is it very cold , how's the weather at that time.

No, I don't think it may snow at that time. Yes, it is a bit cold and perhap rain sometimes, wet and chilly sometimes. The temperature may around 10C and lower if it rains. Do not to wear down coat but you should take swear and thick jacket.
