What is resident visa?
How to apply?
How long can a resident visa remain and stay in China?
And also what is green card?

you can get some general info. about China Resident visa from the website below;
https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/visa/apply.htm
You can just apply for the visa at the local China Emabssy or Consulate in Malaysia.
The duration is granted by the China Emabssy or Consulate.
Chinese Green Card may be permanent residence permit.
