About:Xi'an Attractions

Does anyone have any informantion about the Foping Nature Reserve or the other Nature Reserve (I forgot the name) where you can see the giant pandas ? We would like to make a tour in March 2010, but it is difficult to get information about prices etc.

There is surely a special giant panda breeding center in Foping(佛坪), Shaanxi, where five pandas are living and tourists are allowed to visit. Foping is near Xi'an, so you can go there by bus which you can take in the South Suburb Bus Station(城南客运站). I do not know the price tickets, but I am sure it is no more than 150RMB.

You can also have a good look at pandas in Shaanxi Wild Animal Rescure and Research Centre (SWARC), which is located in Zhouzhi County, a small town near Xi'an.
