About:Hong Kong Travel

Hi there,

Coming to Hong Kong on the 13/12/09 for a holiday.
Can't decide which hotel to stay.
Hoping for a hotel that's near shopping area and not too expensive.
Better still if it's near the MTR so as for easier transportation.
This will be our first visit to HK and we're not joining tour group.
Please help.

If so, I think you should book a hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui or Causeway Bay, both of which are the famous shopping area in HK. In these regions, you could find luxurious hotels but also reasonable hostels charing 300~500HKD/night. I know the Bridal Tea House and Casa Hotel close to Tsim Sha Tsui. In the Chungking Mansion in Tsim Sha Tsui, there are many cheap home inn for your choice but don't expect very high on the service.
