West Hotel is next to MTR Jordan Station. Take MTR Tsuen Wan Line from Jordan to Central. Get out from Exit J2, pass through Charter Garden and then walk along Garden Road till you reach the Peak Tram Terminus. Tram there will take you to the Victorai Peak.
You can also take MTR from West Hotel to Disneyland. Take Tsuen Wan Line from Jordan station to Lai King and then trasfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay station where you can take Disneyland Resort Line. The whole trip takes about 40 minutes.
The port of Shenzhen Baoan Airport is called Fuyong Port. Get yourself to one pier of Hong Kong, take ferry to Fuyong port of Shenzhen and you will reach Baoan airport.
