About:China Transit Visa

I am German and I am traveling via Beijing to Singapore and two weeks later same way back. My stopover is 16h and 10h. Do I need a visa to leave the airport and visit Beijing city?

Yes, you need a transit visa if you leave the airport and visit Beijing.
