Do I need to apply HK/Macau Visa for my 7 days trip from Singapore-Macau-Hong Kong-Macau-Singapore ?

Hi, I am from Malaysia. I am planning on 7 days trip from Singapore-Macau-Hong Kong-Macau-Singapore and this is my first trip with my family. Do I need to apply Visa for both HK and Macau for this journey?
