About:Visa Policy of China

Hi,

I am a Malaysian, working in Singapore and holding a Singaporean PR IC. I need to visit China for business purposes and wish to apply for business visa with multiple entries.

I came to know that I need an official letter from Ministry of Foreign Affair in China before I can apply a business visa with multiple entries. But, my counterpart in China had checked in China and was told that I can only apply for business visa with single entry as this is my 1st business trip to China.

Please advise.

So, if i were to apply for single entry, do i need an official letter from Ministry of Foreign Affair or Ministry of Economic, Trade and Industry in China?

Yes, even a single entry China business visa requires the visa notice form from an authorized China Unit.
