About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

My daughter is going to china with her friend and her friends mother as they have relatives in China. My daughter is 16 yrs old. Will she need a Visa and is she old enough to get one?

Even a baby has to apply for a visa to China, let alone yor 16 years old daugter.
