About:China Train

I want to travel to the hangzhou on 10th December 2009 by train T31from beijing. I want to order middle berth hard sleeper.
I want to ask how can I order ticket? and I need the departure and arrival station infprmation.

When we travel there last year, we went to the station to buy the tickets directly as the hotel staffs tell us no reservations can be made for train tickets in China. Also, you can tell the lady at the ticket office you prefer to the midle sleeper, but you can not choose it. This was our experience.
