About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

i am from the philippines and is currently in china with a visa expiring. getting multi-entry visa here are difficult. I plan to go to Singapore to get a multiple 1 year or 6 months tourist china visa to extend my visit to friends . as of today [November, 2009], what do they recently asked for? can anyone tell me please.. and are the cost for visa stated above updated?

I think it is also difficult for you get a 1 year or half year multiple entry tourist visa in Singapore, you can see the lastest visa-application requirements on this website http://www.chinaembassy.org.sg/eng/lsqw/qz/t585199.htm
