Hello, I am thinking in stuying a fellowship in Taipei, on July and August, but it's typhoon season. Is it so hard and troubling for people who aren't used to? I mean the rain and the typhooms, I don't care about the heat.I'd really love to do it, but the weather kind of scaring me, hehe
