I am reachin HK on 5th dec:
1- HOw to reach Holiday Inn Golden Mile from Airport - all options
2-Hotel to Disneyland - route and fare
3-Ferry charges from HK to Macau
4-Macau to HK Airport - route and fare

To your questions Mr Vineet:
1. from airport to hotel: airport Bus A21, get off at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station. The hotel is nearby the station. fare: 33HKD. Another option: Airport express train to Kowloon and free shuttle bus K3 to your hotel. Fare: 90HKD.
2. from hotel to disneyland: use MTR
Tsim Sha Tsui - Lai King - Sunny Bay - Disneyland (fare in total: 18HKD)
3. Ferry charge: 142HKD economical class
4. Macau to HK airport: by TurboJET from Macau Maritime Ferry Terminal. Fare, the same with above
