Wanted to know any BUS from Hangzhou airport (taking Air Asia flight from Malaysia) direct to Shanghai city?  How much? Where to purchase the air asia BUS tickets? Journey from Hangzhou airport to Shanghai how many hours and any stops or direct?   From Shanghai back to Hangzhou airport where to buy bus tickets?

You could purchase the bus ticket of Air Asia on the plane, or at the bus station just when you arrive at the bus station. The former one is better since you could have a seat in advance in case of too many passengers.
